Service Update: Call and Speak Directly with Our Engineers

We’ve adjusted our inbound call routing to let Marathon Consulting clients call in and speak directly to an engineer during regular business hours (8 am to 7 pm EST).

In the past, client calls to create new tickets were answered by our service coordinator and were forwarded to our team of support engineers. Unless we are experiencing a high call volume, clients now get to work with the engineer who takes their call.

This new option gives our IT clients a faster way to start work on a new ticket. Just call Marathon’s standard number (718-290-9144) and press 1 to be connected to the next available engineer.
